I am the Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Real Estate Group – an award-winning real estate agency brand built on a network of strategically located offices around Malta and Gozo, and the wealth of knowledge, professional experience and strong personal relationships of its partners.

Since launching our new independent brand in 2020, we have grown from just over 100 agents to now nearing 400 and from seven founding branches to thirty. Whilst 2023 was a year of exceptional growth for Alliance, this year, our main focus is on improving every aspect of our operations, to ensure that everyone on board can work towards realising their full potential.

We are boosting our leadership team with more investment in management training and resources, whilst effective ongoing training through our in-house Alliance Academy for all our property advisors continues to facilitate the highest levels of stakeholder satisfaction at all touch points.
