I joined Alliance Real Estate Group as Letting Chief Operations Officer at the end of 2021, as we started preparing to launch our revamped Letting Division.

My relevant experience in customer care and team management roles applied very well to the real estate rental industry, where my customer-centric approach, honed through years of interacting with different people, ensures a seamless experience for landlords and letting clients.

In my previous roles, I successfully managed telesales teams and business sales teams, cultivating high-performing units dedicated to delivering exceptional service and results. This experience has equipped me with a keen understanding of client needs and preferences, enabling me to match landlords with suitable tenants effectively. I support our letting managers with recruitment drives, onboarding and support of new advisors, and holding regular meetings for knowledge sharing and streamlining operations.

In the first twelve months of operations, we had engaged more than 110 letting property advisors within the new division and the letting team now exceeds 200 multi-cultural professionals.

Alliance Real Estate Group now operates thirty branch offices across Malta and Gozo with close to 400 property sales and letting advisors dealing in all types of residential and commercial real estate.
