About Leslie Xerri
I joined Alliance Real Estate as Group Financial Controller in 2012 when the company was still operating as part of an international real estate franchise and had around 50 agents in just three branch offices.
When the new Alliance brand was launched in July 2020, my title changed to Chief Financial Officer and I began forming part of the executive committee that oversees the overall management of the Group. Apart from managing accounting distributions and managing accounts, payments, payroll and bank functions with my team, my role includes analysis and planning of the Group’s financial performance. I am also responsible for forecasting future movements and advising the partners and board of directors on financial matters.
Alliance Real Estate Group now operates thirty branch offices across Malta and Gozo with close to 400 property sales and letting advisors dealing in all types of residential and commercial real estate.
