In its next interview, MeetInc introduces you to Michael Bonello, the Founder and CEO of Alliance. MeetInc is Malta’s newest online business platform with a mission to

Today, Alliance Real Estate boasts 30 offices around the country and employs over 400 agents. In his interview, Bonello explains how he got his start in the industry back in the early 2000s when he worked with a franchise. Eventually, the natural next step for him became to open his own agency, which he believed was a great decision.

Commenting on what Alliance has brought differently to the table, Bonello touched upon how the firm uses Artificial Intelligence in its daily operations and will also implement it for marketing purposes. This, he says, is a first for the country. 

When asked about the people he chooses to work with, Bonello said that the agency is proud to have gathered the best minds in real estate under one roof over the years. He also noted the importance of delegating with partners and agents as the head of the firm and helping other players in the industry run their franchises. He also shed light on his role in the recently established licencing process for estate agents in his capacity as President of the Estate Agents’ Section.
