Three of Corinthia Group’s flagship hotels have been recognised among the world’s finest in the 2025 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards, one of the travel industry’s most prestigious honours.
Corinthia London ranked third among all London hotels, praised by readers for its timeless elegance, impeccable service, and world-renowned ESPA Life spa. The recently opened Corinthia Brussels – the restored Grand Hotel Astoria – claimed second place in Europe and was also featured in the magazine’s Hot List 2025. Meanwhile, Corinthia Lisbon secured sixth place in Europe, reaffirming its reputation as one of Portugal’s leading luxury destinations.
Now in its 37th year, the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are widely regarded as the benchmark of excellence in global hospitality, with more than 500,000 readers voting annually across hotels, destinations, and travel experiences.
Corinthia Group CEO Simon Naudi said the awards reflect the brand’s sustained investment in quality and innovation.
“It is deeply rewarding to see the dedication behind building Corinthia into a globally respected luxury hotel brand being recognised,” Naudi said. “We have invested significantly in both our people and our properties, and we will continue to do so as we expand into new and prestigious destinations.”
The recognition builds on a successful year for Corinthia, which has also received several major international distinctions in 2025. These include accolades at the Michelin Keys Awards for Corinthia London, Bucharest, Brussels, and The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel in New York; inclusion in the Condé Nast Traveller Hot List (US & UK) for Brussels, The Surrey, and London; and wins at the Travel + Leisure Awards for London and The Surrey.
The company continues to grow its global presence, with upcoming openings in Rome and a landmark 102-storey luxury hotel and residences project in Dubai. Corinthia has also partnered with Action Real Estate Company of Kuwait to acquire two boutique hotels in Beverly Hills, California, further expanding its North American footprint.
Founded in Malta in 1962, the Corinthia Group — trading as International Hotel Investments plc — now manages and develops luxury properties across Europe, the US, Africa, and the Middle East, cementing its evolution from a Maltese hospitality pioneer into a global luxury brand.
