Alliance Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Mifsud as its Head of Lettings, effective immediately.
With over 23 years of experience spanning the catering, hospitality, and real estate sectors in both Malta and France, Mifsud brings a wealth of knowledge and a dynamic approach to his new role.
His experience in heading the lettings division at one of Malta’s largest estate agencies and his diverse expertise across multiple industries, are expected to play a pivotal role in further strengthening Alliance Group’s leadership in Malta’s letting market.

Since its establishment in 2022, Alliance Lettings has rapidly expanded its operations, now comprising over 200 dedicated letting advisors operating from 30 branches across Malta and Gozo. In less than three years, the company has built one of the largest letting databases in the country, earning an outstanding reputation for excellence in property rentals.
Mifsud was officially welcomed during a management meeting of the Lettings Division, where Alliance CEO Michael Bonello expressed his confidence in Mifsud’s ability to lead the division to new heights. Bonello highlighted the company’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional service and expertise in the rental market and wished Mifsud success in his new leadership role.
With Malta’s property letting sector continuing to evolve, Mifsud’s appointment reinforces Alliance’s strategic vision for growth and innovation, ensuring that its people are supported to deliver the highest standards of service, market insight and professional guidance to clients.
