After completing my studies and graduating in Grade 4 in Office Administration & Accounting from PWC Academy, I joined an international real estate franchise in the role of Office Administrator. Here I had the opportunity to learn a great deal about this exciting industry, to the extent that I eventually moved to become a letting agent with the same company.

Having worked in real estate for more than seven years, in February 2023, I joined Alliance Group in the newly created position of Head of Franchises. My relevant experience in various areas including administration, management, marketing communications, human resources and due diligence, enabled me to interface well with other division heads to become immediately effective in this new role.

Within the first year since my engagement, we on-boarded no less than 18 new franchise offices, many of which were already operational businesses that joined Alliance with teams already up and running. My role is to support these offices to grow and develop within the network.

Alliance Real Estate Group now operates thirty branch offices across Malta and Gozo with close to 400 property sales and letting advisors dealing in all types of residential and commercial real estate.
