About Ritianne Spiteri
Soon after I completed my studies, my first step career position was that of a brand management role with a prestigious make-up brand. This gave me a good insight into the way business works and helped me improve my people skills. Through it I also got a much better understanding of sales and management processes that has helped me move forward.
I then moved to a PA role with the property auction division of an international real estate franchise and this was an excellent opportunity for me to improve my office management skills and acquire new expertise in this area.
Since January 2019, I have held the position of Head of Administration and Executive Personal Assistant to Michael Bonello, CEO of Alliance Real Estate Group. My role entails management and support of a culturally diverse group of branch administrators, whilst supporting the CEO with his day-to-day agenda and tasks.
Alliance Real Estate Group now operates thirty branch offices across Malta and Gozo with close to 400 property sales and letting advisors dealing in all types of residential and commercial real estate.
