H6 FINANCE AUTOMATION GOES LIVE ACROSS MYCONVENIENCE AND MYSUPERMARKET

Finance automation platform H6 has gone live across MyConvenience and MySupermarket, with Benji Borg announcing the successful deployment alongside a cross-functional team drawn from finance, commercial, operations and IT.

The rollout was commissioned by David Tabone and delivered with the support of IT leads Adrian Zammit and Edward Gonzalez, along with colleagues across both retail businesses. H6 is now automating invoice processing, strengthening financial controls and centralising procurement governance through a single policy engine across the two organisations.

Adrian Zammit, CTO at Convenience, described the deployment as a meaningful step forward for the business. “The rollout of H6 represents an important step in improving our commercial and operational efficiency,” he said. “We can now identify price leakages more effectively, improve visibility and introduce stronger, consistent controls across the organisation. This is only the first step in what we believe H6 can help us achieve.”

The project brings together several strands of operational improvement under one platform. By consolidating invoice automation and procurement policy into a shared infrastructure, the two retailers gain cleaner oversight of costs and tighter control over supplier transactions – areas where visibility gaps can quietly erode margins in retail environments.

Both teams have described the go-live as a significant milestone and further expansion of H6 across the wider organisation is already planned. A full case study is expected to follow.
