In a significant expansion of its portfolio, Exalco Group announced the addition of the historic Savoy property in Sliema to its portfolio of business centres. This development marks the group’s seventh commercial centre in Malta.
The Savoy Business Centre, strategically located at the border between Sliema and Gzira, will blend historic charm with modern architecture, featuring two adjoined buildings: a restored “old Savoy” and a contemporary counterpart. The group reaffirmed its commitment in returning the historic building to its former glory, creating a new iconic landmark building.

Exalco Group’s vision includes extensive restoration work, maintaining the historic integrity while integrating modern amenities. The centre will offer flexible spaces for tenants, ideal for company headquarters, banks, embassies, educational institutes, or prestigious offices. The design ensures seamless internal connection between the buildings, with harmonious clear heights.
The group aims to start construction promptly, with completion targeted within three years. This project underscores Exalco Group’s commitment to enhancing localities through sustainable and aesthetically pleasing developments.
