Having worked in enterprises of various sizes and with my background in HR and international talent development, I use my knowledge and expertise, together with my own continuous learning, to train, coach and motivate individuals to reach their goals and sales targets as easily and as quickly as possible.

Throughout my career I have trained many people from diverse demographics and cultures throughout Europe, North, Central and South America and the Philippines, I authored three books on sales, goals and public speaking and built a wide variety of training content for groups of all sizes.

In my role as Chief People Officer at Alliance, I am in charge of human resource development and serve as manager and resident trainer of the Alliance Academy, managing a series of courses at different levels as well as supporting other lecturers to deliver the real estate licensing course to the company’s team of property advisors.

Alliance Real Estate Group now operates thirty branch offices across Malta and Gozo with close to 400 property sales and letting advisors dealing in all types of residential and commercial real estate.
