RYANAIR OPENS BOOKINGS ON FIRST 29 SUMMER 2027 ROUTES

Ryanair has unveiled the first 29 new routes forming part of its Summer 2027 schedule, with bookings already open through the airline's website and app.

The carrier plans to operate more than 2,500 routes across 230 destinations during the summer season, serving what it describes as more than 214 million annual customers across Europe.

The initial batch of routes covers a broad spread of European connections. New pairings include Alicante to Naples and Tangier, Athens to Turin, Bari to Leeds Bradford and Oslo Torp, Birmingham to Wrocław, Bournemouth to Porto, and Leeds Bradford to Tirana. Further additions take in Palermo to Marrakesh, Newcastle to Rhodes, Malaga to Norwich, Kraków to Tangier, Dubrovnik to Warsaw Modlin, and Gdańsk to Stockholm Skavsta.

Chief Marketing Officer Dara Brady indicated that the early release is intended to give customers time to plan ahead, and confirmed that further Summer 2027 routes would follow as the airline continues building out its European network. He encouraged travellers to book sooner rather than later to secure the lowest available fares.

The release of routes more than a year out reflects a familiar Ryanair strategy of using early booking windows to drive demand and lock in customers well ahead of peak travel periods.
