Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction from sales to execution.

Oversee all client projects assigned by the CEO, managing them seamlessly from sale confirmation through to delivery.

‎

Manage the operational workflow, ensuring detailed briefs are provided to content and digital execution teams for sponsored content campaigns.

Oversee digital campaigns for client projects, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with client objectives.

‎

Take charge of campaign renewals and focus on client retention through exceptional service and results.

Creative Collaboration

Be part of the creative process for developing innovative commercial content and branded campaigns.

Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance the company’s approach to content creation.

‎

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.

‎

Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients, driving business growth and new opportunities.
