Exciting changes are on the horizon for Paola’s Main Street Complex. In 2026, Little Greens will open a new 400-square-metre outlet alongside a brand-new café located on the ground level of the complex — further cementing Main Street’s role as a central hub for shopping, dining, and community life in the south.
The additions are expected to attract more visitors, boost business for existing tenants, and create a livelier atmosphere for shoppers. To complement these new openings, Main Street Complex will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment of all common areas from Level 0 upwards, complete with a fresh design, upgraded facilities, and improved comfort, alongside convenient underground parking.
As Paola continues to expand — with MCAST, the Vincent Moran Health Hub, and a redeveloped town square drawing thousands daily — Main Street Complex is positioning itself as the go-to destination for shopping, food, and convenience in the area.
A limited number of retail spaces are now available for lease, offering an excellent opportunity for retail brands, cafés, wellness, and beauty businesses looking to tap into Paola’s growing commercial ecosystem.
Main Street Complex CEO Bettina Azzopardi said the transformation represents a long-term commitment to revitalising the area’s retail and social landscape:
“The arrival of Little Greens and its café will enhance the Main Street offering, making it more vibrant and convenient than ever. With the upcoming refurbishments and new strong brands joining, we’re creating a space where people will want to visit, stay, and return time and time again — a place that truly serves the Paola community.”
“This transformation reflects our vision to modernise the space, address evolving market needs, and open Main Street to a wider audience,” Azzopardi added.
