Last week, over 150 business leaders, decision makers, and Gen Z voices packed Eden Cinemas for “Adapt or Be Left Behind: AI Is Reshaping Everything”, hosted by 9H and FreeHour.
The session, led by Meetinc. editor Yannick Pace, opened with Zach Ciappara and seasoned brand strategist Robin Cleland, who unpacked insights from FreeHour’s national survey of over 3,000 Gen Z respondents. The findings showed a generation deeply engaged with AI with 80% using it weekly, but largely unprepared for the workplace, with only 16% feeling ready. Broader concerns emerged too, with 80% worried about ever owning a home and 78% citing the rising cost of living as a major stressor.
This gap between high engagement and low readiness underscores the urgent need for practical AI solutions that can empower not just individuals, but businesses at large.
Building on this, 9H CEO Benji Borg and Chief AI Officer Mauro Pirrone took to the stage to discuss Enterprise AI and a demo showcasing how 9H is applying AI in the real world, cutting through the noise with tools that are transparent, explainable, and built to work within the systems companies already run. No disruption, no black boxes, and no fluff, just practical solutions that deliver speed, clarity, and measurable outcomes without disruption.
The event sent a clear message: AI isn’t the future; it’s already transforming business today. And those waiting for certainty risk being left behind.
