About Hammett’s Collection
Hammett’s Collection is a group of novelty restaurants and establishments founded by award-winning Chef and restauranteur Chris Hammett. The collection forms part of Von der Heyden Group’s investments, namely IBB Hotel Collection, a dynamic international hospitality company in multiple European countries.
All establishments in the Hammett’s Collection are renowned for providing unique dining experiences and excellent cuisine in prime locations around Malta and overseas. The award-winning quality of our offering is owed to our elite kitchen brigades and our impeccable service staff, whether it’s catering for events or creating memorable dining experiences.
Why do we share at Hammett’s?
Hammett’s name has become synonymous with the hugely successful sharing concept here in Malta. When we introduced it with the launch of the Gastro Bar, it was innovative to our islands even though it is a fundamental component of Mediterranean culinary culture.
Essentially it is a concept which allows patrons to taste and share a variety of complementary cuisines in one sitting.
By creating a shared meal format, the Hammett’s Collection team wants people to lend themselves to closeness and camaraderie. The idea is that one doesn’t just eat for sustenance but also to grow, as an experience, to celebrate and to reconnect with family and friends.
