AMSM handles the marketing, sales, and distribution of a wide range of food and allied grocery products – primarily to the retail sector (supermarkets, grocers, etc.) and, more recently, to the food service sector (restaurants, hotels, take aways, etc.). Handling over 200 local and international brands, AMSM strives to retain its position as a market leader and an employer of choice. The Company owes its origins to the Alf. Mizzi and Sons business, set up in 1915, and forms part of the Alf. Mizzi and Sons Group, operating on the principle of hard work based on integrity, honesty, respect, and loyalty. AMSM operates from Zachary House – purpose-built premises, located in the Marsa Industrial Estate, consisting of offices and three large temperature-controlled warehouses, a fully-equipped gym, childcare centre, and staff canteen.
