Simonds Farsons Cisk plc has reported another year of growth, with revenue surpassing €106 million as the group continued to expand across its beverage and food operations.
According to the company’s latest financial results, group turnover reached €106.5 million for the financial year ended January 2026, representing a 4.6% increase year-on-year.
Profit before tax also increased, rising by 8.2% to €16 million, while EBITDA climbed to €29.2 million, up from €24.5 million the previous year.
Farsons said the performance was achieved despite inflationary pressures, higher operating costs and broader global uncertainty.
The beverage segment remained the group’s main growth driver, supported by continued demand across both local and export markets.
The company also highlighted progress within its food business and international operations, while noting that tourism activity continued to support consumption trends in Malta.
Profit after tax attributable to shareholders reached €10.6 million, while earnings per share increased to €0.21.
The Board of Directors is recommending a final net dividend of €5.22 million, bringing the total dividend distributed in respect of the 2026 financial year to €7.56 million.
Looking ahead, Farsons said it remains focused on strategic investment and operational efficiency, including ongoing projects aimed at strengthening its long-term supply chain and production capabilities.
One of the group’s major initiatives remains the development of the Trident Park business hub and continued investment in logistics infrastructure.
The company also announced a future leadership transition.
Chief Executive Officer Norman Aquilina will step down from his role in October 2025 after assuming responsibilities in his capacity as Group Chief Executive Officer earlier this year.
Michael Farrugia is expected to take over as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2026.
Farsons said its long-term strategy remains centred on sustainable growth, operational excellence and continued investment in both local and international operations.
