I have worked in leadership and operational roles for over 19 years with tourism/hospitality/EFL being my primary areas of expertise. I have always enjoyed taking on new challenges and have never shied away from new opportunities.
Having also worked in the UK for 5 years I feel that this experience has influenced my growth as a leader, enriching my skills and perspectives. A particular passion of mine lies in establishing and nurturing new teams, with all the complexities that come with that. Allow your team to evolve and grow, take decisions alone, learn from their mistakes and be as independent as possible without micromanaging them. At the same always try and be present to offer support when needed and lead by example.
