I started my career with Deutsche Bank, in London, within the Risk department. During that time, which spanned across two crises (2008/2009 and 2011) I worked within the credit risk team covering European financial institutions, supra-nationals and Southern EU countries.

I graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctorate in Laws, submitting a thesis on the ‘Regulation of Risk in Banking’, and from the University of London (Royal Holloway) with an MSc in International Business Management. I was admitted to the Maltese bar in 2013.

I sit on the board of a global tech company, seeing its annual revenue increase almost threefold to $500m since joining. In 2020, the Group was sold to Blackstone for $3bn.

I am responsible for the Private Client team at Frendo Advisory, and my clients primarily include high-net-worth individuals and families from Asia, the USA and the Middle East. Since 2021, I have been named on the “Best in Breed” Spears 500 list, an annual publication that covers the top individuals in the private client sector in the UK and internationally.
