Through steady growth and innovative financial solutions under Cenk’s leadership, FIL has flourished into a dynamic team of 100 employees mainly located in Malta and other countries across Europe.

His ethos as a decision-maker in the rapidly evolving world of fintech is to shape the future of finance responsibly and ethically, something which is deeply embedded into each facet of his business operations.
