Malta is set to take centre stage at two of the world’s biggest tech events this autumn, with Tech.mt announcing new business delegations to GITEX Global in Dubai and Web Summit in Lisbon under the national inMalta brand.
Following a successful start to the year that saw 41 Maltese companies participate in international tech expos, Tech.mt is gearing up for another round of global outreach. The initiative, supported by the Ministry for the Economy and The Malta Chamber, is designed to help local companies scale internationally while positioning Malta as a gateway for foreign tech firms eyeing Europe and beyond.
GITEX Global, taking place from October 13–17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, is expected to host over 200,000 tech leaders and 6,500 exhibitors. Web Summit Lisbon, running November 11–13, draws more than 100,000 attendees and some of the most influential voices in global tech.
Startups and established businesses interested in joining the Malta delegation have until June 16 to express their interest. The missions promise exposure, networking opportunities, and a chance to showcase Maltese innovation on a global stage.
“Whether you’re looking to expand or just break into international markets, these platforms offer unmatched visibility and support,” Tech.mt said.
The inMalta brand is powered by a national working group that includes Malta Enterprise, FinanceMalta, GamingMalta, and the MDIA, alongside Tech.mt. The shared goal: strengthen Malta’s digital ecosystem and attract investment by helping businesses go global.
