International Hotel Investments is issuing €30 million of unsecured bonds carrying an annual coupon of 5.45 per cent, the first tranche of a new series under its bond issuance programme.
The proceeds will part-finance the €60 million four per cent unsecured bonds maturing this year, which are redeemable on 20th December 2026. The remaining balance of the maturing bonds will be redeemed from the company’s general cash flow and banking facilities.
IHI is a real estate investor, developer and operator, focused mainly on luxury hotels and its own Corinthia brand.
The €30 million issue is being offered to holders of the maturing bonds, up to the amount of maturing bonds held as at 22nd October 2026. Any bonds not taken up will be available for subscription by authorised financial intermediaries. Holders of maturing bonds can subscribe between 2nd November and 20th November 2026, with the final terms available from 21st October 2026.
The bonds form part of the company’s wider €115 million unsecured bond issuance programme approved under a base prospectus dated 10th June 2026. The programme’s size mirrors the value of three IHI bond issues maturing this year. The first series of the €115 million was issued earlier this year and also comprised €30 million in bonds.
