The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with PsyPotential Ltd, aiming to strengthen leadership capabilities, professional growth and corporate wellbeing across Maltese businesses.
The partnership is designed to support organisations in adopting best practices in leadership development and workplace wellbeing, areas increasingly recognised as critical to long-term competitiveness and productivity. Through the alliance, both parties will collaborate on awareness-raising initiatives, knowledge-sharing and practical solutions tailored to Malta’s evolving business environment.
As part of the agreement, PsyPotential will engage with the Malta Chamber’s wider network of alliances and partners, contributing expertise and ideas focused on enhancing organisational performance and employee wellbeing. The collaboration will also explore additional initiatives and subject areas as mutually agreed, allowing flexibility in addressing emerging challenges faced by local businesses.
The alliance also places emphasis on initiatives that generate wider social value, with both organisations positioning leadership development and wellbeing as catalysts for innovation and sustainable growth.
Commenting on the agreement, Marthese Portelli, CEO of the Malta Chamber, said the partnership reflects a commitment to investing in people as a core pillar of business success.
She noted that PsyPotential’s expertise in leadership and organisational wellbeing would provide tangible benefits to the Chamber’s members, particularly as companies navigate increasingly competitive and fast-changing markets.
Patrick Psaila, psychologist and Director of PsyPotential Ltd., said the alliance highlights the importance of collaborative partnerships between organisations that share common values.
He added that prioritising the human dimension in leadership and management is essential for building resilient organisations and enabling people to thrive over the long term, especially in an increasingly volatile and unpredictable business landscape.
