Betsson Group booked its highest quarterly revenue on record in the third quarter of 2026, reaching €326.5 million, up 10% on the same period last year. The record landed alongside a sharp drop in profitability across the group.
Casino led the growth, with revenue rising 14% to €253.5 million. Sportsbook revenue edged up 1% to €71.8 million. The number of active customers climbed 40% to 1.9 million over the quarter.
The profit side moved the other way. EBITDA fell 23% to €63.4 million, operating profit dropped 31% to €46.1 million, and net income came in at €28.2 million, down 44% on the third quarter a year earlier.
Latin America was the standout region, generating record revenue of €116.1 million, up 51.8% year on year and accounting for 36% of the group total. Argentina and Peru were among the main drivers of that growth.
Western Europe also set a revenue record, reaching €64.8 million, an increase of 13.8%. The picture was weaker further east, where Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia fell 16.8% to €99.2 million.
Revenue grew in two of the group's three regional blocks over the period. Latin America is now Betsson's single largest source of income, overtaking the Central and Eastern European and Central Asian markets that dropped back during the quarter.
Casino was the clear engine behind the record, with sportsbook close to flat by comparison. The 40% rise in active customers gives a measure of the expansion behind the top-line figure, while the fall in net income, down almost half on the same quarter last year, came against a wider but less profitable business.
